Pill times, it's not fair to put non deaf patients with deaf as it makes for unpleasant stay.
Very good care - kind and gentle hands. Too many visitors at one time. I think two at a time is enough. The only time it is quiet is during the night!! Thank you.
Very good care.
Doctors could spend more time with me. Nurses very lovely.
Day care very good. Night care would be improved and you feel you are in the way.
Some nurses, in fact most, were very good and helpful - some not so but on the whole they were good.
A change to the waiting area would be a good idea I.e. include a screen confirming positions in the queue. When I was booked in the wait time was displayed on the window of reception confirming a 1-1/2 hr wait, within minutes this was increased to 2-1/2 hrs.
I appreciate there will be different levels of patient urgency, however I'm sure with todays available technology it would not be impossible for the NHS to introduce a notification system which would save a lot of frustration for the patients in the waiting area.
The area/room for children waiting to see doctor is too small .
Today I waited 2& half hours to have a doctor look at my granddaughters ear .
As you can imagine it's a long time for a child to wait , especially when there un
well .
It's overrun with very impatient parents as that's what unnerved my stay there .
Dr Dashti was very polite , explained what was wrong with my granddaughter .
Thanks
I went to a session with the audiologist at Crawley for a hearing aid service who discovered that a headphone bud which last night I thought had fallen off had actually lodged in my ear. I was sent down to the Urgent Treatment Centre where I was seen in 5 mins and the offending removed from my ear.
